Simply add a generous handful (or ½ cup) to the bath and soak for 15-20 minutes. Take Zea Magnesium Oil Topical Spray with you in your gym bag. Spray the mist directly onto your skin for fast relief from tight, sore muscles. Alternatively, use after showering or taking a warm bath with our Sports Recovery Salts to encourage muscle relaxation and promote restorative sleep. Kunzea Pain Relief Cream. Massage a few grams gently into the affected area 2-4 times daily or as required.
